Class Schedules
Classes run three times per week and are open to all levels of practitioners from beginners to advanced. Having such a diversity of students in the class simultaneously gives the more experienced students an opportunity to help their less experienced peers and practice their teaching skills. Beginners will also have the benefit of the head instructor as well as assistance from all the students in the class who have come before them.
Currently, clases run three evenings per week:
Monday 8:30 - 10:00 pm
Wednesday 8:30 - 10:00 pm
Friday 6:30 - 8:00 pm
Class times are open and flexible. Students who cannot attend class for the full 1.5 hours are encouraged to attend class anyway and leave early. All classes are held in the main studio at Premier Fitness, Yorkdale Mall.
Specialized classes in Kyusho-Jitsu (Pressure-Point Fighting) are offered on a once-a-month basis for our senior students. These classes are held in partnership with Sensei Steve Trombley at The Anshin School of Karate.
